Experienced Machinist needed in the Mt. Vernon, IL market for immediate work. Work will consist of CNC, Horizontal/Vertical lathe, Boring Mill, etc. Candidate will need to be able to program, set up, and operate Mag boring mill. Mastercam Programming experience required. First Shift 3:30am-2pm, M-F. Approx. 45 hrs. weekly.
Must have basic machining tools including micrometer, calipers, etc. Must have safety toed boots.
Pay is based on experience up to $30 per hour. Per diem will be offered for those who are 60+ miles away and traveling in.
