Shift Manager Operations

Cleveland-Cliffs Steel has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Operations in our Steel Producing department, at our Indiana Harbor operation in East Chicago, Indiana. The Shift Manager Operations is responsible for supervising and providing work direction to hourly union employees. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with complex operations. We have multiple openings in the plant.
