Transportation Administrative CoordinatorThis is a contract opportunity.This is an onsite opportunity in Brownsburg, INAbout this PositionJoin a fast-paced transportation team where you’ll coordinate daily reporting, shipment tracking, and serve as the liaison between DC management, store operations, and the Home Office Transportation team. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.Job Responsibilities Submit daily reports, bills, and required documentation to the Transportation team Coordinate loading and deliveries to stores and cross-dock destinations Serve as point of contact for shipment-related issues between internal departments and carriers Support Receiving and Shipping clerical teams with daily tasks Conduct yard audits and assist with special projects as assignedJob Skills/Requirements At least 1 year of relevant experience Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including use of formulas Ability to multitask and work a flexible scheduleAdditional Information 100% onsite Initial schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM Long-term schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PMPay Range: $19–$23.00/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
