Need someone willing to oversee an elderly low income housing facility Sweet Owen Manor in Spencer. Some bookkeeping, organization and people skills needed. This is a very nice complement of 44 one bedroom apartments. It is section 8 and we will help train to do the paperwork. Probably a 20 to 30 hour a week job.
