Handyman Part Time

I need to find someone available part time June through October each year, hopefully long term, to help with tasks of a wide variety around my estate property located on the southeast side of Bloomington. I will provide all the tools, equipment, and whatever is needed to do the work. You provide common sense, reliability, ability to follow instructions, and a good work ethic. Some hard work expected at times, but quality always more important than quantity. Majority of tasks will be outdoors. Pay commensurate with ability. Flexible hours. Ideal candidate would be a retiree in excellent health, but open to all scenarios. Must have your own reliable transportation, have excellent references, pass a background check, and be willing to be drug tested.
