As a key player in our legal department, you will support a team of professionals dedicated to managing contracts, compliance, and risk mitigation for high-profile projects. If you are eager to be part of a growing, innovative company, we encourage you to apply! Position Overview: This position is responsible for assisting the legal department. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to work closely with the Senior Paralegal to assist with a variety of legal tasks, including corporate maintenance and compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and maintaining legal files. In this role, the Legal Assistant will also be the primary point of contact and oversee all general contractor annual and bid specific prequalification submissions for Enclos and its family of companies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact handling Enclos and Coalition general contractor prequalification submissions and management of submission content. Track and maintain annual submissions as well as assist on project specific bid submissions with project teams as needed.

Utilize and incorporate prequalification information into OpenAsset software for information storing and sharing with marketing teams.

Maintain and update current project lists, project insurance and bond information to assist with prequalification submissions, finance and safety departments.

Utilize License Pro software to assist with the management of contractor, professional, and business license applications and renewals for Enclos and its family of companies.

Assist with maintenance and monitoring of annual reports portfolio for Enclos and its family of companies through CSC Global.

Assist with formally winding down discontinued entities.

File preliminary notice filings.

Support senior paralegal with warranty and customer service job tracking and status.

Legal department invoice review, reconciliation, tracking & maintain legal fees spreadsheet.

Assist with scanning mail for electronic copy and communicating with team.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Other Characteristics):

A minimum of 3 years' experience in the legal services industry working with attorneys in a law firm setting or supporting in-house counsel. Experience in construction a plus.

A two-year degree in a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills.

Must have strong administrative skills and be detail oriented.

Must be comfortable working with and learning various computer programs, databases, and systems.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, able to work independently, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
