Hardware Technician

Description:As a Printer Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our printer assembly process. Your responsibilities will include:Unboxing and Staging: You will unbox printers and stage them on the designated workbench. No need to unbind cords from the printer packaging; we’ll handle that separately.Firmware Upgrades: Following the existing Supplier run book, you’ll perform firmware upgrades on the printers. This step is essential to keep our printers up-to-date and functioning optimally.Quality Assurance: As a Supplier technician, you’ll meticulously quality-check each printer. Your task is to validate that the correct firmware has been applied and that the printers are in perfect working condition.Restocking and Tracking: After quality checks, you’ll box up the printers and return them to the pallets for restocking.
