The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a Donor Experience Officer (DXO) to join our Individual Giving Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in fundraising while following a clear and supported path toward long-term success in advancement. As a DXO, you will manage a portfolio of alumni and friends of IU, using digital engagement tools to build meaningful relationships. You’ll be responsible for a steady cadence of outreach, sending personalized emails and videos, conducting virtual meetings, asking for philanthropic support of IU, and tracking donor activity to ensure consistent progress toward engagement and fundraising goals. Your work will be goal-driven, with clear metrics for outreach, donor meetings, dollars raised and pipeline growth. Success in this role requires commitment to structure and consistency.
