DescriptionRobert Half is working with our great client located on the West Side to help them find their next Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator. This company provides excellent health benefits and fantastic PTO. If you are a medical biller and if you have the following experience, I want to hear from you as soon as possible.Experience:
Directly bill and monitor Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and other 3rd party primary and secondary payers.
Verify all payor sources available for all potential admissions.
Should be familiar with Medicare website
Payers Experience with the following: (Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, MA MSHO products, Long Term Care Insurance policies, Other third party payers (BCBS, Ucare, Medica)
Working closely with individual payers to ensure timely payments.
Ability to make collection calls and follow up calls with payers.
