This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your administrative skills while contributing to the success of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a detail oriented and timely manner. Maintain office systems by organizing records, managing files, and processing paperwork with accuracy. Support departmental projects by tracking deadlines, assembling reports, and facilitating deliverables. Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and ensuring the workspace remains organized. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
