Description:
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Ensure accuracy and monitor compliance with accounting standards
Develop and manage budgets
Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members
Work with auditors to provide necessary documentation
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and updated in advancements in financial technology
Collaborate and delegate tasks for the Corporate Controller, leaders, and management
Assist in managing the accounting team
Assist with the day-to-day accounting procedures
Manage revenue recognition for all projects including fixed price/lump sum
Perform the month-end close-the-books process
Communicate financial information to various stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments for financial planning
Perform all other duties as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have experience in Engineering/Construction industry
3+ years in Project Accounting experience
Del Tek vision software is a plus
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
Work Environment:
Primarily remote, will be required to go into Lisle office as needed.
