Description:Our company is seeking a Sales Manager to help us create sales growth. In this role, you will work with your sales representatives to establish new leads (aid in the hiring of sales rep), make sales calls, and maintain relationships with existing customers. Ideally, you will be able to help us develop new avenues for inside sales. To succeed in this position, you need strong deal closing skills. We also expect you to have several years of sales experience and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce. You should also have a bachelor's degree in a business field as a plus.Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Develop sales goals and strategies for your team
Hire and train sales agents
Identify new leads and avenues for growth
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Oversee your team and support them in meeting their goals
Would be responsible for driving sales until a sales rep is hired. Managing a book of 12 current customers
Help establish a marketing strategy
Travel required: 25%/5-6 times a year to customer meetings and events
Reports to the General Manager
Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves:
3+ years of sales management experience
5 years of sales experience in addition to the 3 years of management
Must come from manufacturing industry (preferred if from the aerosol can industry)
Nice Haves:
aerosol can industry experience
Bachelors Degree in Business
Project management experience around creating a department and structure

Manager will receive a bonus for net add new clients each year

Work Environment
100% remote role if they live outside of IL
If they live in IL, they will need to come to the office a few times a week
Will need to travel to IL HQ 1 time a quarter if fully remote
