Job DescriptionSeeking a dedicated Reliability Technician with a 2 or 4-year degree in electronics or a related field. This role focuses entirely on setting up and conducting long-term reliability tests, aimed at running tests until failure, which could span from 2 to 10 months. This position is pivotal in a new reliability engineering initiative and will require working closely with an Experienced Engineer to take over hands-on testing responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be eager to engage in hands-on work and possess strong abilities in data analysis, critical thinking, and making recommendations based on data observations.Hard Skills

Electronics test and validation experience

Proficiency with test equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes

Work EnvironmentThe work environment features a very clean, temperature-controlled setting with both high and low power test labs on-site. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and t-shirts. Work hours are first shift and highly flexible.
