Property Manager . Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Leasing apartments and single family homes, Marketing and Showing vacant units. Making sure units are ready for occupancy. Providing customer services to our current residents. Property management experience a plus. Prefer someone with a IL Leasing agent License or willing to get one within 60 days.
