Warehouse Lead 2nd Shift

Lead a department of 10-15 in daily communication meetings and issue each team member their daily workload. Train, motivate, and lead the department to meet all daily production and safety goals while taking direction from the shift supervisor. Take on accountability for all department operations, actions, and results. Monitor and enforce Safety and Company policiesTrain and assist, order pickers, checkers, and loaders as requiredAssist in the development of department performance and productivity standardsHands-on as needed based on workload and manpowerMaintain and update start, hourly, and end of shift reports Attend all department and company meetings as requiredAssist shipping supervisor in directing workflowProvide input for employee evaluationsComplete and/or coordinate department projects as assignedMaintain good housekeepingOther duties as assigned
