Ground man will need to have the following skills prior to starting work.
-Valid driver's license
-Manual transmission
-Running chainsaws
-Rigging
-Must demonstrate knowledge of the common devices and methods of tree work.
-Small machinery operation experience is a plus
-Must have experience with minor machinery/truck repairs and be willing to assist during equipment failures.
Pay will depend upon the quality and length of your prior work experience as well as an on the job assessment of your abilities. This position is for a contractor who will not be on W-2 payroll and will have the freedom to determine scheduling as needed.
Ground man will be paid by the half day for work finished before noon, 3/4 day for work finished by 3:00pm and full day for work ending by 6pm. The first day rate will be $250. For a person who brings the right skills and attitude, this position can pay $350/day and have the potential to earn more in future years.

Tree climbing experience is a plus.
This position is not for a prima donna who wants the business to serve them. We need a worker who will show up on time, sweat when it's hot, keep moving when work needs to be done, and drive a truck carefully under challenging traffic conditions. Coming home late is a normal occurrence- this work is for someone who actually needs the money, preferably with a family to support. In exchange for a day that ends late, you will receive bonus money for that day that can be as much as a half day's pay. We will improve your skills and knowledge while working here, and in exchange you must become a part of all operations at Easy Eddy's Tree Service. There is no task or duty that can be side stepped here- everyone is working hard to provide for our families and we only earn a living when this company is able to maintain operational status.
We go to lunch as a team most days which is paid for by the company.
