Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.What You’ll DoResponsible for planning and overseeing product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.Orchestrates workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.Partners with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.How You’ll Do ItOrganizes and enables collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, with internal and external partners, executes on architecture & product driven initiatives.Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus, achieve clarity and solve business problems. Provide oversight & process guidance for activities.Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategyProvides leadership and guidance’s to teams/business units where there is no clear organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet institutionalized or adopted.Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture of innovation within the department. Translates ideas and concepts into an executable projects.Mentors and assists more junior team membersQualifications You’ll NeedThe BasicsBachelors’ Degree in Business6+ years’ experience with Project Management, or related experienceIn lieu of a degree, 8+ years’ experience with Project Management, or related experienceBonus Points If You HaveStrong Jira experienceIntermediate or Advanced experience with data visualization toolsExcellent communication with ability to effectively influence partners and stakeholders.Strong analytics experience synthesizing data into compelling messages for change to Product and Engineering stakeholders.Expertise in creating software delivery plans: breaking down larger concepts into consumable work and working with engineering to size and sequence work for delivery.Understands need for architectural runway in software development and proactively seeks ways to optimize work flowing through the system.Strong experience engaging and partnering with a PMO governance body.Ability to roll up sleeves and dig deep into the work; have intimate knowledge of- delivery in area supported.Expert in identifying dependencies and risks between epics/features and knowing how to effectively document them and drive them to conclusion.Extreme ownership of work and sees through ideation, solution and implementation#LI-AM2Application Deadline:The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Aug-11-2024. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
