We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our clients team as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into their system, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our advertising team.Must live close to Quincy, MA to do in person training the 1st week.Pay: $25-35/hourThey offer full benefit package and PTO.Responsibilities:
Enter data into their database with high accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, campaigns, and advertising metrics
Provide administrative support to the advertising team, including data reporting and analysis
Meet productivity and quality standards
Collaborate with colleagues and management through email, phone, and video conferencing (for remote workers) or in-person meetings (for in-office workers)
Requirements:
1+ year of data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
Work Arrangements:
Option 1: Work-from-home (remote)
Flexible scheduling, with set deadlines and goals
Regular video conferencing meetings with the team
Option 2: In-office (on-site)
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule
