When you become a Furniture Sales Professional at Shermans, youll be introduced to a simple, high integrity sales process. In other words, youll work to get our customers what they actually need, instead of forcing something they dont want. And theyll love you for it!
Here are the details of your new career:
Youll follow up with your customers before they have to follow up with you.
Youll become a furniture design expert.
Youll participate in numerous product and sales trainings.
Youll impress your manager by following our Core Values. And if you follow them closely and consistently, youll be eligible for promotions as we grow.
Youll work a 4 day work schedule (approx. 41 hours per week) that includes nights and weekends because well, its retail sales and those are the times people like to shop.
Youll be incredibly well compensated for your time and skills.

Qualifications you need:
Youre going to have to be accurate and detail focused. Small errors turn into big problems for your customers!
You dont have to speak French or know calculus; just bring some people skills and a High School Diploma or GED.
Youll have to pass a standard background check.
