Seeking a maintenance technician for Peoria apartment complex.
Responsibilities include diagnosis and repair of any apartment service issues, as well as, preparation of vacant apartments for new move-ins. Duties include carpentry, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair for work orders and apartment turnovers.
Applicant must have own tools, personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Ability to be well-organized and efficient in an active environment is essential.
