This role will support the consolidated business resources team and will partner with the product group teams by optimizing and maintaining the main division data source, Axiom, while ensuring that data is accurate and available in a timely manner. Tasks will also include improving the ways in which the division uses data today including, but not limited to, improving Axiom processes (data importing and connections, reporting, etc), enhancing reporting capabilities with Power BI or other analytical tools, and combining data from many sources throughout the company to improve reporting and analysis capabilities for the internal team and its business partners.What You Will Do :
Manage the storage and enhancement of data within Axiom
Establish best practices for data usage as OneStream continues deployment
Develop reporting tools to be used by consolidations team and other business partners
Provide input on strategic decisions as it relates data, reporting and division analysis

What You Have :

Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
Agile Development: Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.
Cloud Computing: Knowledge of the concepts, technologies and services of cloud computing; ability to design, deploy and implement cloud computing solutions in various business environment.
Database Design (Physical): Knowledge of database systems; ability to establish a data model for designing an organization's database that runs effectively and efficiently for better business outcome.
ETL Process: Knowledge of the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) process; ability to develop a database through the ETL process.
Modeling: Data, Process, Events, Objects: Knowledge of data, process and events; ability to use tools and techniques for analyzing and documenting logical relationships among data, processes or events.
Data Analytics Processing and Transformation: Skilled in modern programming languages like Python/Spark in the data transformation context; Experience in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and spark applications.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
3-5 years of professional experience with financial data and systems, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience
Must demonstrate strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Must be comfortable working in MS Office, and industry standard statistics, analytics, and data visualization packages.
Experience mechanizing manual data collection processes using Snowflake to enhance indicative data to generate quicker and more granular insights. Tables/Process could be leveraged by the Forecasting and Financial Analysis Reporting groups.
Initiative to research and apply new methods and digital technologies to exceed customer expectations.

Summary Pay Range:$110,520.00 - $165,840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
