- Individuals must have a HS diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification is preferred.
- Candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills in addition to performing the testing.
- Must be highly capable of communicating (in writing and verbally) with all levels of employees found in a professional lab environment, including supervisors, customers and company engineers.
- Prior experience working a cooler lab environment or similar is required.
- Ability to follow written instructions and be able to read blueprints.
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
- Lab experience with engine cooling equipment is desirable
