You will lead a team to create impactful curricula and materials, prioritize high-impact projects, and use methodologies like ADDIE and SAM to identify training needs. Collaborate with industry partners and subject matter experts to design targeted content, develop competency-based curricula, and establish standards for consistency. Global Impact: Lead the development of comprehensive programs, curricula, and supporting materials for services, sales, performance and leadership development on a global scale.

Strategic Leadership: Manage the design, development, and prioritization of training initiatives to ensure the biggest business impact, optimizing team resources and workload.

Innovative Methodologies: Utilize processes such as ADDIE and SAM to identify training needs, goals, and gaps and collaborate with industry partners and subject matter experts to design targeted content.

Consistency and Improvement: Develop and implement standards, processes, and assessments activities to drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across global teams, aligning performance management strategies with organizational goals.

What You Have (Basic Qualifications):

Education/background: Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field OR extensive and progressive in instructional design for adult learners.

Instructional Design Expertise: Progressive experience in instructional design, including creating e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual and in-person training, and augmented or virtual reality learning solutions.

Knowledge of Methodologies: Strong knowledge of pedagogical and instructional design methodologies, as well as course development software and learning management systems.

Service Excellence and Project Management: Proven project management skills to oversee complex training initiatives and a demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Top Candidates Will Have :

Coaching and Leadership : Prior experience in coaching, budget management, and leading global teams.

Trends and Innovation : Good understanding of the latest trends in e-learning and development.

Additional Info :

Must be able to travel up to 35% (international and domestic)

Domestic relocation is available to those who qualify.

ISE assignments are not available.
