Verisk Marketing Solutions is a division of Verisk focused on helping marketers and platform partners maintain a complete picture of consumer profiles and in-market behavior, so they can personalize interactions aimed at engaging the right person, with the right message, at the right time — all of which is compliant with state and federal rules for permissible collection and use of consumer data and right to opt-out.Position Overview:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tradeshow and Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Verisk Marketing Solutions tradeshows and events. The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of experience in event management, with a strong background in strategic planning, flawless event execution, leveraging social media to maximize event impact, and post-event analysis. This role will be critical in enhancing brand visibility, fostering client relationships, and driving pipeline.Key Responsibilities:  Event Strategy & Planning:  Develop and implement a comprehensive tradeshow and event strategy aligned with organizational goalsIdentify key tradeshows, conferences, and events that align with company objectives and target audienceManage the annual events calendar and budget, ensuring all events deliver ROIConduct pre-event research to identify trends, competitive benchmarks, and opportunities for differentiationEvent Execution:  Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including booth design, vendor management, staffing plans, and onsite coordinationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and corporate teams etc.) to create impactful event experiencesManage contracts with vendors, venues, and other external partners to ensure seamless event deliveryLead the onsite event team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional attendee experiencesContent, Social Media & Digital Integration:  Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager to align and create cohesive event promotion (email and social media) strategies with overall brand messaging and digital objectives Work with the Social Media Manager to create engaging content, including live posts, videos, and updates, to amplify event reach and engagementProvide input on event-related social media campaigns and ensure timely posting in coordination with the Social Media ManagerIntegrate event strategies with broader digital marketing efforts for maximum impact.  Post-Event Analysis & Reporting:  Leverage technology to report on event success including multi-touch attribution.Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance against goals, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation Prepare detailed debriefs summarizing successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvementUse analytics to refine future event strategies and maximize impact
