Description:
Provide basic customer support to customers within the value added business line
Order entry from 2 external portals, one being Amazon.com order fulfillment
Provide basic support to business unit leaders
Communicate with customer service and billing to ensure service and payment execution
Use Microsoft Excel for basic data entry or customer lookup information
This is a new role in a new department and there will be adjustments made to the role over the contract periodSkills & Qualifications:Must Haves:
1 year of customer service and order entry
Basic Microsoft Excel experience - very simple V-lookups. They will using v-lookup to match catalog items from the customer to company SKUs
Basic computer skills and typing skills
Nice Haves:
High volume order entry

Ability to work on a team and independently
