Role: AV Technician / Desktop Technician

Location: North Chicago, IL

Job Description:
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Teams Room Hardware & Support
  • MS Teams Meeting Support
  • AV Knowledge & Asset Management
  • Responsibilities include setup of presentation and conferencing systems, system trouble-shooting, problem resolution and product installation.
  • Day to day duties may include daily room check out, system troubling-shooting, delivery and tracking of portable presentation equipment, facilitating equipment repair, and meeting set-up.
  • Experience in Extron, Crestron, AMX, audio and video conferencing, projection and display systems.
