Efficiently operate communication equipment to communicate to drivers and GEM locations in need of service
Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers in accordance with our established customer service program
Operate GPS equipment to track locations of GEM mobile personnel, inputting data into the dispatch report in accordance with procedures
Effective communication with management regarding service issues and break downs
Qualifications
Effective written and oral communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, data base activity, and keyboarding
Capacity to work a flexible schedule
No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
Ability to focus and understand GPS monitoring maps for extended periods of time, sitting with breaks for the duration of shift, typically 8 hours
Ability to work with others in limited space capacity
Adequate vision capabilities
