The AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team shapes the digital transformation necessary for our treatments to positively impact patients’ lives. In the role of the Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Digital Operations you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is a key role within the Digital Operations team and is responsible for the delivery of thousands of digital interactive projects for all U.S. Commercial Brand teams. This role is responsible for managing the review process workflow and optimization and will work closely with AbbVie’s Compliance teams for standards, platform teams for execution of work, onshore and offshore testing teams, and external digital/creative agencies. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be the subject matter expert for end-to-end testing of AEM component and form libraries, as well as over 100 websites.In this role you’ll be responsible for:(70%) Strategic alignment:

Managing the integration of the current AEM test team with the Digital Asset test team and establishing a method of cross training for each team to be prepared to assist the other team during periods of high demand.

Managing the forecasting and scheduling of work based on priority.

Owning and implementing new processes and optimizing existing processes required to deliver digital interactive projects.

Delivering project estimates and tracking approvals.

(20%) Nurturing business and stakeholder relationships by:

Working closely with Technical Product Owners and Business Owners to identify the Demand across all brand teams.

Working with cross-functional partners for escalations and ensuring escalations are promptly resolved.

(10%) Ensuring that as BTS we are consistent in applying our core capabilities to deliver technology solutions with speed, agility, and efficiency by:

Moving a project forward with less than perfect information.

Working with minimal oversight and ensuring that the SLAs are met, projects are delivered on time, and delays are proactively communicated to avoid escalation.

QualificationsExperiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:Required:

Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience or a Master’s Degree plus 4 years’ experience.

3+ years of technology experience in a digital marketing organization with websites and their capabilities.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the drive to take on new challenges.

Previous experience working with web applications.

Worked in an agile/scrum environment.

Strong IT analysis and communication skills.

Ability to self-manage time and priorities.

Beneficial:

Experience managing projects or as a scrum master.

Previous role as a developer, tester, or content author.

Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Work experience with end-to-end testing of websites.
