In return, we provide a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere, where you can continue your career growth.As a Patient Care Tech you will perform a variety of direct patient care procedures to assist nurses, professional staff and physicians in providing patient care focused on the needs of the patient.We are currently hiring into our job training program candidates who will:
Be hired as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant
Complete a 5 week training program supported by Loyola Medicine and Valparaiso University - no prior healthcare experience required
Sit for the CNA certification exam within 30 days of completing the program
Successful applicants will be enrolled in the training program at no cost and will be:
Paid for their time in training and receive benefits from day one of employment
Reimbursed for public transportation to/from the downtown Chicago training site
Following the successful completion of the mandatory program and passing the certification exam, candidates will transition to their position as a Patient Care Technician with additional support as they become independent in their role.
