Cold Head Machinist

Our client, a leader in their manufacturing industry, is looking to add multiple Cold Header machinists to their operations. They have openings on 2nd shift with the operation of running multiple machines. We are looking for individuals who have experience operating Cold Header machines. These positions are long term/permanent job openings due to increases in business.Description:Setting up and operating cold heading or threading equipmentInspecting parts and verifying dimensional dataMaintaining scheduled deliveryReading and interpreting blueprintsMaintaining toolsMaintaining all aspects of the machines from set-up to operationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of cold heading and/or threading equipmentKnowledge of quality tooling associated with cold heading or threading machinesDemonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgencyWork independently as well as in a team environmentLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamworkLift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbsExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
