The ideal candidate is passionate about software craftsmanship and embraces Agile development practices.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and manage web-based software applications.
Collaborate with product managers and team members on a variety of digital product projects.
Design and build complex, secure, and optimized web applications using Java Spring Boot and REST APIs.
Work closely within a cross-functional Agile team to understand requirements, create design documents, and implement stories.
Translate product vision into technical solutions to address business needs.
Build high-quality software for large-scale and highly available systems.
Provide strong technical leadership and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
Practice Test Driven Development (TDD) as a mandatory requirement.
Domain knowledge in Card Posting/Transaction and Statement/Letter Processing is preferred.

Required Skills:
7-10 years of experience as a Software Developer.
4-6 years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
1-3 years of experience in Microservices Architecture.
Experience in developing web-based software applications.
Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
Card domain knowledge is preferred.
