Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks Assemblers who are motivated to work on our Manufacturing team! SEL fosters a collaborative culture in a light manufacturing environment, that is clean and safe. In addition to a starting salary of $20.00 (plus $1.75 shift differential for second shift employees) per hour, employee owners also receive a full benefits package. This position is available for second shift (2:00pm-10:00pm)As an Assembler, a typical day might include the following:

Following detailed work instructions to perform basic production duties such as assembly, operating machinery, packaging products, building products and soldering.

Learning and following all safety policies.

Developing positive and effective working relationships with co-workers.

Following and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
