Job Responsibilities:
Work with dispatchers and truckers to schedule deliveries and departures
Utilize their computer shipping system to log inbound and outbound shipments
Ensure all paperwork is completed and processed in the system
Utilize Microsoft excel and outlook to input data
Work with the customer service team to provide updates for delivery
This position is an "in office" position Must Haves:
Experience with data entry and computers, especially Excel
Comfortability speaking with trucks drivers to schedule pick ups and deliveries
2+ years warehouse experience
Shift and Pay:
Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM $20 - $23 / HR
OT until 6PM when needed
