$15 hourly + tips
Part-time (29 hours or less) 6:50a - 12:30p, or, 12:20p - 6:00p
Full-time (30 hours or more)6:50a - 3:00p, or, 9:50a - 6:00p
Position OverviewKennel Technicians have the pleasure of caring for all pets within our facility (dogs, cats, and birds). The position requires sanitation of pet lodging areas, feeding, medicating, rendering spa services (baths, nails, teeth brushing, ear cleaning), and overseeing play sessions. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable managing dogs of various sizes on leashes/leads, being on your feet for the entirety of your shift, and comfortable being outside in various weather conditions such as rain, snow, or shine.We provide

Managingfacility dog playgroups
Pet spa services: baths, nail trims/grinds, teeth brushing, ear cleaning
Kennel cleanliness
Pet feeding & medication
Executing the teaching of BASIC dog training commands (sit, stay, wait)
Requirements
US citizenor legally authorized to work in the US
Able to pass a background check
Strong ability to work independently
Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Able to stand for6 hoursuninterrupted
Basic knowledge of computers and tablets
16years of age or older
Must be teachable and flexible
