Custodian

Working with other team member(s) to ensure all areas are cleaned and stocked with necessary items.Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Gather and empty all trash and recycling bins.Clean windows.Observing proper chemical handling procedures when working with cleaning agents, including wearing gloves, goggles, or masks and following written or verbal instructions.Responsible for disinfecting furniture and equipment as needed.Perform light maintenance duties on parts and equipment of courthouse. Changing light bulbs. Reporting major maintenance to the proper personnel.Responsible for properly stocking areas with janitorial supplies and submitting requests when items need to be replenished.Maintenance of lawn and landscape.Move furniture, equipment and supplies as needed.Other duties as assigned by the Union County Sheriff.
