At IFS, as a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with the sales team, prospects and existing clients to uncover challenges and design compelling solutions using the IFS Copperleaf decision analytics platform. This role is key in demonstrating the positive outcomes of our product suite to prospective clients across the Americas region.You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including C-level, technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS Copperleaf solutions in our core industry verticals.Our customers are typically mid-to-large asset intensive enterprises managing key infrastructure, such as Energy & Utilities, Water, Manufacturing, Rail & Transportation, and more. In this role you will develop industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor and key technology ambassador for our customers and prospects.As this is a customer-facing role focused on providing complex solutions, you will need to be comfortable working in a multi-faceted role that will include:Delivering impactful product demos and executive briefings (virtual and on-site)Designing enterprise-level technology solutionsProviding technical leadership in the sales processEngaging with the industry at external eventsPrevious experience in presales, consulting or solution design with other software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, IBM, is preferred. Alternatively, experience with other technology solutions in any of the key industries mentioned above will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Sales and DemonstrationsDeveloping and delivering engaging product presentations and tailored software demonstrationsManage and customize demo environments, scripts, and technical assetsCollaborate with Account Executives to define sales strategies and close dealsBuild strong relationships with prospect stakeholders and partnersRepresent IFS Copperleaf at trade shows and industry eventsSolutioningDesign enterprise architecture solutions for prospective clients and help them visualize how IFS Copperleaf solutions would fit within their organizationInfluence product evolution through client insights and market trendsTechnical ExpertiseRespond to RFXs, scope projects, and support proposal developmentConfiguring software for custom demonstrationsContribute to internal team development and process improvement initiatives
