Accurately enter and update data for orders, invoices, and related records using Excel and company systems.
Review and verify billing information to ensure compliance with policies, resolving discrepancies and missing details.
Monitor and follow up on open tasks, using reports and communication tools to ensure timely completion and data accuracy.

High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate data entry.
