Job Description:The software engineer will be part of a product team that has designers and full-stack developers developing a responsive iOS application for use by the Front Line Managers in the fieldExperience in Swift and SwiftUIAdditional experience with RxSwift is a plusExperience working with small teams to ship products to marketHave experience developing full-service consumer, employee and business applicationsLanguage agnostic and experienced polyglotExperience with designing and refactoring complex systemsExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD)Interest in working in a pair-programming environmentExperience using React frameworksExperience with Spring Boot, and API design5-7 years’ experience or equivalent in software developmentDeep understanding of design patterns and applying them in production environmentsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science discipline (preferred, but not required)Strong communication and collaboration skillsPassion for enabling team members
