House Supervisor - Delnor Resource Team Full Time Rotating schedule

This is a full-time rotating schedule with day, mid and night shifts within the scheduling need with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday 7a - 7:30p) required.The House Supervisor reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.This position is a professional nurse who is responsible for the overall management of hospital operations on the day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.  Includes staffing assignments, responds to critical events, patients advocate needs, family/staff support, rounding and hands on assistance.  Strongly encourage participation in hospital committees/councils.#INDW
