This role involves operating Crown Stand Up Reach trucks, handling materials, shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced food manufacturing warehouse. You will be working in a freezer environment, moving products efficiently to meet production demands.Responsibilities
Operate Crown Stand Up Reach forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Load and unload trucks efficiently.
Handle materials and products in a freezer environment.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting.
Ensure adherence to GMP standards in a food manufacturing setting.
Use RF scanners for picking and inventory management.
Work in a fast-paced environment, constantly moving with production needs.
Essential Skills
Experience with stand-up forklifts, particularly Crown Stand Up Reach trucks.
Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.
Ability to operate pallet jacks and RF scanners.
Strong material handling skills, including picking and inventory management.
Capability to work in a freezer environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a food manufacturing warehouse is preferred.
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and constantly move with production.
Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts as needed.

The warehouse includes multiple loading docks and a freezer area where forklift drivers will spend most of their day. Employees will receive a 10-minute break every hour away from the freezer.
