Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Billing Clerk to be a part of our team in ELGIN, Illinois. As a Billing Clerk, your primary role will be to handle customer billing matters, manage customer accounts accurately, and respond to customer queries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry.Responsibilities Accurately manage and update customer billing records using computerized billing systems Handle customer inquiries related to billing and offer prompt resolutions Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when required Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions Maintain updated records of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Manage inbound calls from customers, providing them with information and assistance Use EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software for managing and updating customer records Leverage the 'About Time' software for efficient time management and task organization.
