Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
Must be familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws.
Must show strong initiative, exercise sound judgement, and take appropriate action when necessary; must have strong interpersonal skills
Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics and general work processing, etc.
