The Strategic Account Manager - eCommerce plays a pivotal role in driving digital sales growth, profitability, and market share across a diverse portfolio of product categories within the Business-to-Consumer (Retail) channel. This position will manage daily execution and growth support for our top eTailer accounts, ensuring alignment of business objectives and executional excellence.  This role is hands-on and operations-focused, ensuring smooth promotional execution, accurate listings, and optimized campaign performance across platforms. You will work closely with our Sr. Strategic Account Manager across shared established accounts, while also owning newer accounts.This role demands a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong grasp of eCommerce strategy, digital merchandising, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring a proactive, data-informed approach to identifying opportunities and delivering measurable results.YOUR ROLE:The bullet points below reflect roughly 80% of your job. We are a fast-paced company, you may be pulled in a variety of different directions with tasks added or changed.Own the day-to-day executional management of established accounts, including promotion planning, retail media campaign support, listing audits, content updates, and case resolution. Monitor and improve digital shelf performance: SEO, PDP quality, image accuracy, and product discoverability.Activate and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon in collaboration with Sr. SAM and media partners.Troubleshoot operational issues with Vendor Central including PO issues, chargebacks, and Andon Cord cases.Develop and execute joint promotional calendars and retail media spend for smaller eTailers (e.g., Wayfair, Walmart.com).Maintain relationships with eTailer contacts; manage product launches, updates, and promotions across accounts.Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, analytics) to ensure account needs are met.Assist in reporting on performance, promotions, traffic, and conversion data using internal tools and dashboards.
