As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping data-driven pricing and revenue strategies that not only fuel business growth but also enhance the customer experience. Your insights will help guide pricing, promotions, and market positioning, ensuring teams have the tools and knowledge to make informed, strategic decisions.This role is highly collaborative, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to develop pricing and promotional strategies that drive both profitability and long-term customer value. You will play a key part in analyzing market trends, optimizing price-pack architecture, and evaluating the impact of promotions to create strategies that are both financially sound and customer-focused.We are looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and can Think Fast, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that anticipate market trends; Work It Together, fostering strong relationships across teams to co-create the most effective pricing and promotional strategies; and Make the Hard Call, making thoughtful recommendations that balance innovation, financial impact, and long-term business success.Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.What you will be doingPricing and Promotion ManagementAnalyze pricing, promotions, and product offerings to identify revenue and growth opportunities.Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to develop data-backed recommendations that align with business goals.Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behaviors, sharing insights to help shape strategy.Build pricing models and evaluate price elasticity to drive sustainable growth.Assess promotional effectiveness across products, customers, and channels, ensuring resources are allocated to the most impactful strategies.Develop customer- and channel-specific promotional strategies, forecasting their financial and market impact.Enhancing Insights & ReportingEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track pricing and promotion effectiveness.Improve reporting methods to create consistency and efficiency in how insights are shared.Leverage predictive analytics and statistical modeling to uncover deeper insights that drive smarter decision-making.Explore new data sources and emerging technologies to continuously refine revenue growth strategies.Collaboration & LeadershipBe a trusted advisor and thought partner, offering clear, actionable recommendations that guide pricing and promotional strategies.Work closely with business planning, category management, and channel strategy teams, providing insights that help shape long-term success.Present complex data in a compelling, easy-to-understand format, ensuring all stakeholders can act on insights.
