As a Sr. Integration Developer, you help execute Fortune Brands Innovation digital strategy in alignment with business requirements and priorities. You collaborate closely with cross-technology teams and business teams like Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, Logistics, and Finance to enable our fast-paced business to grow and evolve. Working with a high-performing team, you focus on the timely delivery of integration projects on systems integration platforms.Job Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.Your Path to Success:Oversee integration projects, design integration architectures with hands-on coding and developmentWork closely with business and IT stakeholders to define integration requirements Translate end-user requirements into feasible technical specificationsLead development activities, monitor and coordinate activities with onshore and offshore developers to ensure that integration projects are completed on timeDevelop, test, deploy, maintain, and support integration systemsEnsure that the best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization.Participate in scrum meetings and ensure customer needs are being met by certifying deliverablesMaintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture.Seek out innovation in everyday activitiesAbility to express ideas in both business- and user-friendly languages
