The Safety Services Coordinator is responsible for a variety of activities including quote development, job scheduling, new customer set-up, invoicing, and oversight of the quote-to-cash process. In addition, this position includes a leadership role with the engagement of marketing-related activities and ownership of such relevant relationships with external customers in marketing-related functions.Responsibilities Develop and maintain knowledge of Master Lock’s Safety Services offering, to accurately provide assistance to both internal and external customers in a timely manner Coordinate and project manage new services jobs including but not limited to quote development, project coordination with 3rd party service providers, issue resolution and billing Maintain a database of quotes submitted and related job information such as PO #, scheduled service date, and sales order #; Provide timely updates to Sales and customers on existing inquiries Answer customer and service provider queries promptly, professionally and knowledgeably on the phone and through emailMaintain quote-to-cash process for services. Identify and implement process changes that improve cost or efficiencyDevelop relationships with global Marketing, Sales, Finance and other key internal and external groups, communicating continuously to ensure excellence in service planning and execution, while modeling behaviors consistent with the Company’s expectationsServe as “point person” for sales inquiries and requests for marketing materials and/or information. Answer all incoming requests with a sense of urgency.Act as liaison between external marketing and internal product management team for activities related to trade shows, newsletters, webinars, and all relevant commercial safety related content. Make decisions according to Master Lock business interests.Requirements:Continued growth in financial success of Professional Services o Internal and External Customer satisfaction Service Offering StrategyBusiness Analytics of Professional Services o Successful Marketing Campaigns QualificationsRequires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a services or sales support role  Bachelor’s degree required.Effective project manager comfortable managing multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. Above average MS Office Suite skills as they relate to the marketing function.
