About the Role Manager, Structured Finance LanzaJet is looking for a highly motivated Manager of Structured Finance to guide investment and financing workstreams across our global project pipeline. As a key player on the Finance & Capital Markets team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the global deployment of LanzaJet’s innovative Ethanol to Sustainable Jet and Diesel process technology. Responsibilities

Lead or support the origination and execution of structured financing transactions and capital raising efforts at the project and corporate level in collaboration with investors, lenders, and financial partners globally

Develop and manage sophisticated corporate and project-level financial models to determine optimal structure and valuation of LanzaJet’s product offerings and project pipeline

Support the negotiation and review of critical project agreements including Joint Venture Agreements, Offtake and Feedstock Agreements, EPC contracts

Coordinate workstreams necessary to successfully execute financing transactions, including due diligence management, structuring transaction economics, and negotiating financing agreements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Work closely with leadership to support development and commercial strategy, with involvement in key strategic decisions

Collaborate cross-functionally with development, engineering, legal, and commercial teams to create and implement process improvement initiatives, contributing to quality controls ensuring project success

Mentor and develop junior team members, providing coaching, guidance, and fostering a positive, inclusive high-performance culture within the organization

Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential investors and financial partners

Assist with various internal ad-hoc projects, as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or engineering. MBA, CFA, or similar advanced degree preferred

Minimum 6+ years of proven structured finance transaction experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors

Working understanding of industry specific regulatory incentive, tax credits, and commodity markets

Strong experience building, maintaining, and auditing Excel-based financial models

Experience reviewing and negotiating key commercial contracts and financing agreements

High degree of personal integrity and work ethic, with excellent discretion in handling confidential information

Strong project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to clearly synthesize and present key information to senior management and third-parties

Team player with ability to work collaboratively in dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
