- 6-7 years’ experience in working on Genesys Pure Engage product suite.
- Strong development knowledge on Genesys Platform SDKs (.Net C#)
- Minimum 3+ years of implementation and hands on experience with Genesys Platform SDKs development
- Fundamental knowledge in understanding Voice Routing processes KVPs
- Good understanding on Genesys Framework Routing GVP SIP.
- Experience in integrating Voice solutions with external systems like Database web services third-party applications etc.
- Knowledge on Change Incident and problem management (ITIL Processes)
- To provide problem diagnosis and solutions documentation administration support and maintenance of Genesys SIP + IVR suite of components.
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements from business.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. -
- Flexible Manage situations and issues with his/her leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and go the extra mile to achieve the goals and objectives of the group.
- Must be a good team player and help to share/exchange knowledge for overall team skill upgrade.
