Digital Product Management Analyst Product Management Analyst (PM Analyst) will work closely with the global Product Manager (PM)/business stakeholders/SMEs from different regions/countries to deliver a world-class Product configuration and quote management experience for our Sales users based on Salesforce CPQ. PM Analyst is Techno-Functional resource that can gain understanding of the business process flows and translate that to Salesforce and other technical solutions as aligned by architectural and engineering design. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze existing business processes in place and assess fit/gap to core/already established solutions. Define business requirements together with business stakeholders and conduct prioritization discussions to meet business objectives; Play a lead role in the process governance with the goal to harmonize processes and the underlying system solution. Champion change - promote and drive the change and new ways of working. Support PM with Inception/Backlog Grooming preparation and execution to understand the product vision and it's application in the overall E2E business processes o Support Inception preparation and documentation for upcoming program increments o Prepare design artifacts: flow diagrams, use case documents, story maps, mockups to help visualize and describe the process o Investigation on questions that arise from the Backlog grooming sessions Work with the Scrum Team and Vendor BA/PO to understand how the Product Vision can be translated into working software Support the solution design with Salesforce.com solution and technical architects; Define integration requirements with integration architects as well as teams supporting other systems (e.g. JDE) Align requirements with Salesforce model - i.e. creating mockups/process flows of how layout/processes may get implemented in SF to fulfill the requested functionalities Align with POs on scope questions and support story writing related to the scope or AC at story level. Support the development/test team in clarifying requirements/acceptance criteria Review of stories to ensure they are remaining within the boundaries of the feature benefit hypothesis and Feature AC - consult with PM on discrepancies Augment Acceptance Criteria in each user story to ensure system specific items are included so that scripts are written to adequately test for working software to meet the business needs and product vision. Support POs with iteration demos and Support PMs with System/Feature level demos Define the UAT/PQ and E2E test scenario definition by working with PMs and POs Support UAT testing issue investigation and resolution Provide support to regional/country teams deploying the new customer service solution in countries Support Training team review/build Support release and deployment activities at cutover (Support sanity testing, issues etc.) Support hypercare o Support triage Production Issues (ad hoc) - discuss prioritization with PMs/POs - facilitate issue resolution with appropriate teams (Scrum or Sustain) once prioritized and assigned o Investigate production issues and align on fix with PO/Dev Team/Sustain team (PM if necessary) Support with Integration - mapping definition, testing issue resolution SALSEFORCE CPQ SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Design, prototype and document Salesforce CPQ processes and configuration Collaborate with business partners to help shape functional and technical requirements of the CPQ. Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise by presenting custom solutions based on the Salesforce CPQ platform. Create and maintain detailed functional and technical CPQ documentation based on design specifications. Create and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with the ability to design for complex business use cases. Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality CPQ solution.

Qualifications Strong Salesforce CPQ functional and configuration knowledge. Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash process. Customer service experience or knowledge. IT concept understanding, in particular, around cloud applications. Prior responsibility with +$1 million/year capital products/projects. Knowledge of e-commerce and self-service portals. Ability to work with system configuration to build the desired functionality. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, eco-system, integrations, and best practices. Strong understanding and working experience with Agile approach and culture; Understanding the SAFe (Agile at scale) approach is a plus. Skills in prototyping and rapid ideation/discovery. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard-working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Salesforce.com certifications (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Administrator, Advanced Administrator). Education/Experience Degree: minimum Bachelor Level Strong experience in BSA role in Supporting Salesforce CPQ, Quote-to-Cash best practices and methodologies. Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ, supporting Quote-to-Cash process. Minimum 2 projects completed with complex product configuration in Salesforce CPQ. Project experience with enterprise level applications/technologies: 3-5 years Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment Excellent customer-facing written and oral communications skills Ability and maturity to manage Senior Level Stakeholders globally, regionally and locally Understanding of regulations to consider in the life sciences industry (Quality, PV, Data privacy)
