Associate National Account Manager

This role reports to the National Account Manager for The Master Lock Company and assists in managing the strategic partnership of Master Lock portable security products and Sentry Safe products with Amazon. This role works cross-functionally with multiple areas within TMLC, providing feedback and insights to the e-Comm team & to other cross-functional groups within the organization such as Demand Planning, Product Mgmt, Finance and Supply Chain.ResponsibilitiesIdentify trends and formulate action plans for growing product categories by analyzing POS, inventory, orders, and competitive landscapeProvide support on Amazon Advertising, analyze performance metrics, suggest optimizations, and liaise with agency partnersFeed product team with insights on emerging products and competitors in spaces TMLC currently does not play Analyze assortment productivity and sales performance to support decision making related to advertisement, promotions, and content improvementCreate, maintain, and analyze relevant dashboards/reports and present findingsAnticipate demand shifts by analyzing glance views and conversion data to better inform business of demand trends and shifts.Identify demand patterns and recommend actions to minimize impact of cancelled ordersEvaluate conversion and search metrics to understand how products fluctuate against avg. rankings  Develop pricing recommendations to maximize sales based on historical changes, promotions, etc.Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to secure forecasts in line with channel plans and financial forecastsWork with Sales and Product to develop better forecasts for new product launches. Assist in portfolio streamlining efforts by analyzing where sales migrate when buy boxes are down/products are out of stock/low availability/streamlinedProvide support for financial forecasting, including assisting in monthly sales projections and quantifying risks and opportunitiesTake part in annual budgeting process to quantify share loss/gains, new product impacts, major events, and promotions QualificationsBS in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred  Experience working in Vendor Central strongly preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in Analytics / Finance / Marketing / SalesStrong understanding of Amazon selling environment and platformsHigh proficiency in Excel/Tableau and data analysisTeam player who can effectively balance customer and company objectivesCollaborates well with internal and external partners and stakeholdersProven negotiation skills and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of developing and introducing merchandising programsLess than 5% Travel may be required
